We have a Gaggenau EM932110 microwave that is almost 18 years old and has worked efficiently until last night when it stopped cooking. It turns on and times down, but does not heat. My husband, an Electrical Contractor, has a multimeter to test. What might be wrong and where should we start?

I have a 12-year-old Maytag built-in digital oven that was heating well but showed flickering blue light from the back of the bottom element. After turning it off and inspecting, I found a burnt wire. When I turned the breaker off, there was a pop sound, and now the clock and other functions won't come on. What should I do?

I have a washer model WTW4815EWO. The red light indicating the lid is locked is on, but the lid is not locked. The washer was affected by a flood where water reached about 10 inches high in the garage. The power was off for 3 days and when it came back on, I'm unsure if it flickered. The lid closes fine, but the washer does nothing except show the lid lock light on. What could be the issue and what should I do?

I have a Samsung SilverCare Washer, model no. WF306LAW/XAA. Every wash cycle runs without any codes being displayed but when it is done, the washer is not drained. I have to run the 'Spin Only' cycle to properly drain the load. I have cleaned out the hose and drain, and the issue is still there. This model does not have a filter access point. What could be causing this issue and what can I do to fix it?

My Whirlpool refrigerator displays 'Cooling Off.' My power was off for a short time last night. It's 2 years old and the model number is WRF560SEYB02. Is there a fuse or reset?

Model # Mah2400aww, Serial # 10317940ev, Code shows dl which means door lock. Do I need to replace the entire PCL board to correct the issue, or is there another solution?
