We have a GE dishwasher (Model GDF520PSF6SS, serial LF834267B, about 3.5 years old) that's not working. We've replaced the pump motor, cleaned the sprayer arms, and ensured the water is hot and the sink disposal is clear. The soap dispenser opens, but the water is not getting to the soap to dissolve it. The spray arms are working, and the sides and door are wet after a cycle. The first cycle after the pump replacement worked perfectly, but now we're back to the same issue. What could be causing this and what should we check or try next?

I have a F71 code on my 4-year-old Maytag Bravos XL washing machine (model MVWB980BGO). I plan to do the work myself and have already checked the drain pumps, removed the basket, and performed a diagnostic test. The machine was throwing an SD code, and now it's showing the F71 code. I use High Efficiency detergent and follow the recommended amount. I've tried running the washer empty, using vinegar for a clean washer mode, checking the drain pumps, and resetting the machine, but nothing has helped. What could be causing this issue, and what should I do next?
