We have a GE microwave (JE2160 BF03) that needs replacing. I am seeking a model with similar size and want to know if the mounting kit from the old model will accommodate the new one, as we have a cabinet-mounted microwave.

Our washing machine won't finish the cycle. It gets to the point of draining and then stops after draining just a portion. We've tried restarting the process, but it still only goes as far as draining and stops. What could be the issue, and how can I fix it?

I can't decide whether to repair my Fischer Paykel washing machine. The repairman suggested either the computer or the pump might be faulty. The machine works until the rinse cycle, then stops. If unplugged and replugged, it will pump a little more before stopping again. Initially, there was a strong burning smell, which is now weak. Should I replace the pump or the control panel?

I have a Frigidaire front-load washer that was not filling with water and displayed the E-23 code. After reconnecting a loose wire to the drain pump, it now fills but doesn't complete the cycle. The model number is FAFW3801LW3. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

After moving my Kitchenaid Gas Range model KGRT607HBS4 for a painting project, the touch panel does not work. When the range is plugged back into the wall, all the LED segments on the control panel light briefly, then go dark and PF is displayed. Moments later, code F7:E5 is displayed in the clock. Eventually, the clock comes back and keeps time. None of the control panel buttons work. What could be the issue and how can it be resolved?
