We have a GE Profile microwave model PVM1790R1SS, manufactured in 2011. During convection roasting, the oven quit heating after the door was opened and closed again. Now, neither the microwave nor the convection oven functions. The display appears properly set, but neither function works. What could be the issue, and is there a simple fix?

My new GE model FUF21DLRAWW 21.3 cu.ft. upright freezer is very difficult to open. When trying to open it, the entire freezer pulls forward and is full to the brim. How can I make this easier to open?

We bought a dishwasher a week ago yesterday at Menards, Iowa City. I installed it but it would not start. I took it back out and checked it over and could find nothing loose or such. I reinstalled it but got the same result. It's like the power is not getting through in the machine. What could be the issue and what should I check?

Our dishwasher, a Bosch SHE33m06uc, isn't draining consistently. The drain lines are clear, the pump is running, but it's not filling even though the tub is drained. It seems confused. What could be the issue and what steps can be taken to resolve it?

My Maytag MVWX500XW1 washing machine won't agitate or spin. The lid lock light comes on and off, and it fills with water but does nothing else. I can drain the water but it doesn't spin. I've replaced the lid lock, main control board, and actuator. The motor doesn't run, and the resistance of the motor windings is acceptable with the green LED lit. What should I do next?
