We have a GE Profile Microwave Oven, Model PEB206OSM1SS, Serial No. GT900922U, manufactured in April 2010. The front piece of glass on the unit fell off while we were away on holiday. The glass appears to be mostly intact except for a small crack. My question is whether the glass can be reglued and put back in place or whether I need to order a new piece of glass and an installation kit. If I need new parts, I also need to know whether this kind of problem is covered under the unit's warranty, and if not, whether I can do the repairs myself and what the cost of the repair parts is likely to be.

I have a gas oven. When I try to pre-heat it, the pre-heat light comes on, but the oven doesn't heat up after four hours. The broil function and top burners work, so it seems to be just the bake function. What is the probable cause, and do I need to get a new oven?

I bought my LG refrigerator in 2007. It stopped working last week, and the technician from A&E Factory Services told me that freon was leaking. Since it is still under factory warranty, I was wondering if you could help me get it repaired or replaced. Do I have the factory warranty, and if so, can I ask them to fix the problem or replace the fridge?
