We have a GTW335ASN0 Washer that was making a grinding noise during the wash cycle. We removed the agitator, cleaned out debris, and put it back, but now the drum won't spin. The washer is top-loading and two years old. We've tried unplugging it, lightening loads, and cleaning the agitator. What could be causing the issue and how can we resolve it?

My small gas oven will not ignite. It has been out of service for 2 weeks. I have cleaned the bottom area of the gas line and igniter. The oven is probably around 10 years old and I have never replaced the igniter. What could be the issue and what can I do to fix it?
