I have a GE washer, Adora Heavy Duty/King Size Capacity, Model: WHDRE526E1WW, Ser: VH180082G. The white agitator in the center of the tub only moves back and forth very little, and there is a slight whining sound from inside the washer. The tub spins fine. What could be causing this issue and what steps should I take to fix it?
