We have a less than one year old GE dishwasher that has stopped working properly. It will not cancel or start, and there is a beeping noise every 15 seconds with most of the control panel lights on. I have tried powering down at the fuse box and performing a hard reset by unplugging it for over 10 minutes, but the issue persists. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Can I replace my ###-##-#### control board with a ###-##-#### control board? The appliance is a Frigidaire Gallery that has never worked since we bought the house. The stove works but the oven doesn't.
