We have a Maytag top loading washer model MVWC300VW1. The agitator was initially only turning counterclockwise, but now the bottom agitator is not working and the top agitator is making strange noises. What could be the issue and what should I do?

We have a Maytag A211 washer that works fine except we cannot get cold water to enter the machine. The model is A211 and it is possibly 46 years old. A knowledgeable neighbor looked at the pipes connecting the machine and couldn't detect anything blocking them, but the blockage could be elsewhere. Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

I just bought a new GE Stove top (model JP328WKWW) with only black and red wires. My house also has a white wire. Is the white wire not required and can it be capped and tucked into the box?

We have a Norcold 1200LRIM refrigerator that will not turn on after being in storage with the batteries turned off. A service tech previously fixed this by unplugging the power into the control panel and pressing a reset button, but we don't know where it is. Can you tell me where the reset button is?
