We have a Samsung side-by-side fridge freezer, model SRS535NW, which leaks. Tried a defrost and it seemed OK, but it seems to have a blocked channel going to the back of the fridge. The fridge is about 4 years old. Do you plan on doing the work yourself? Is there anything else we should know to help you best?

My Kenmore Ultra Wash HE (model #665.13882k800) recently stopped working. The four lights on the far left died, and it wouldn't start. After a reset, it ran through a couple of washes before quitting again. I installed a new control board, which improved things slightly, but now after the reset, all lights turn on like a Christmas tree and never go out. How bad did I mess it up?
