I have a GE Profile Series refrigerator model PWE23KSKSS. The food section lights are all working but they never brighten when the doors are opened. I have replaced the control board and no joy. The fruit/vegetable drawer lights and freezer lights work fine. One LED is extremely dim compared to the others. What could be causing this issue and what should I do?

I have an Admiral refrigerator with a non-functional water dispenser. The ice dispenser is working, but the water dispenser is not. I don't hear any humming or buzzing when I press the dispenser for water. How long this has been going on is uncertain, but it was noticed after a Thanksgiving vacation.
