We have a Whirlpool GoldVelos microwave. When you open the door, it loses power, and it takes about an hour for the power to come back on. My refrigerator, model # ***** serial # ***** MRGC 35847, has a control unit issue where the dispensing water, ice, and temperature controls stop working, displaying an 'ER' error on the screen.
