We have a Whirlpool washer WTW 4800XQ1 that is very loud and not cleaning well. It's a top-loading model, 8 years old, and has been having issues for 3 weeks. We called a repair service, but they charged $400 and didn't fix the problem. We ordered a new washer, but the delivery man couldn't install it because the shutoff valves were not working properly and he couldn't turn off the water. What should we do about the shutoff valves and can we order a new washer?

Kenmore Elite dishwasher 665.12783K310 cycles will not advance. It starts a wash cycle, fills, then the LED lights flash, and the washer does not advance to the next cycle. It only runs for a couple of minutes and happens in all cycles. The control board has been replaced, the filter cleaned, and the pump works when the drain button is pressed. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

We cannot get our Kenmore cooktop burner height adjusted. All 4 burners are too low and we can't even boil water. We tried turning the knob as suggested online but couldn't feel anything. What could be the issue and what should we check?

The board on my Maytag Washer is fried. Can I get a replacement board or do I need to replace the whole interface? My washer is top-loading and approximately 2 years old. The issue just happened today, and there are burn marks on the board.
