I have a 2016 GE GDT 655SSJOSS dishwasher that won't latch and lock or start. When I press the start button, the lock indicator blinks and the start button beeps. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

My Gaggenau dishwasher is stuck in the middle of a cycle with a countdown time of 43 minutes that hasn't changed for half an hour. There is no water inside, and I've tried switching it off and on at both the inside switch and the breaker in the fuse box. I'm unsure of the model number and haven't run a diagnostic test cycle. I'm considering a reset by pressing two buttons together but am unsure which ones. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I am working on an Inglis refrigerator model IMT188302. The refrigerator is acting strangely: there is a click, the fan near the compressor turns on and off, and the compressor starts and stops. The fan in the freezer runs most times. The refrigerator is cold, and the freezer is frozen, but it doesn't defrost as it used to. I have already replaced the module on the compressor, but the issue persists. What could be causing this, and what should I check next?
