On the PDS20 mcpabb (fridge+lower freezer), the freezer temperature is fluctuating between 10-25 degrees for the last 2 months. We have already checked and cleaned for dust, as we had a similar issue a year ago that was resolved by cleaning dust from the vents. Could there be a frozen blockage that defrosting would clear, or is it possible that the refrigerant is low? The fridge part is staying around 34 degrees. How can we troubleshoot this problem?

I have a Frigidaire oven where the lock latch is engaged, but the door is not shut all the way, and the lock light is on. Hitting the cancel button and unplugging the oven didn't resolve the issue. What could be the problem and what steps should I take to fix it?

We have a Samsung front-loading dryer that is 2 years old. The drum spins but there is no heat being generated inside the drum. We cleaned the lint from everywhere, including the roof, but it didn't work. My husband, an electrician, checked behind the dryer and vacuumed out the hose and the back and underneath, but couldn't find any issues. The troubleshooting solution according to the technician's notes was to check the heating element and the membrane switch, but there seemed to be an enclosure around it that wouldn't come off. Does this sound like something he can do himself or should we have the Samsung dealer send a technician? The warranty is up, and we didn't purchase the extended one.
