We just purchased a high-profile washer and dryer, but when we turn on the dryer, it sounds like there is something inside banging around. The noise happens all the time. Have you checked inside the dryer drum to see if there are any loose items or foreign objects that could be causing the banging noise?

I have a Jenn Air JFC2290VEM5 refrigerator. Every 3 to 4 weeks, both the freezer and refrigerator get warm and don't keep temperature. I shut the power off for 15 minutes and both freezer and refrigerator work again. All the coils are clean and the evaporator air flow is unobstructed. I'm guessing it is the defrost board but I don't know if it is the board inside the refrigerator where you set temperatures or one of the two boards in the back of the refrigerator. If the back, which one is it?

I have a Frigidaire freezer, model number FPUH19D7LF1, that keeps giving a high temp alarm. I've followed the reset instructions, and it runs fine for a while before the alarm returns. The freezer temperature is fine, and the coils are not frozen. Could the control board or temperature sensor be malfunctioning?

My Whirlpool fridge freezer is taking a long time to freeze ice cubes using ice trays, even though everything else in the freezer is frozen. The freezer seems to be fine, except for this issue. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
