I have a Fisher/Paykel DW Drawers. I held the Start button down for 5 seconds, and now the display either reads 5 minutes and won't run, or it runs randomly through numbers. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

My Whirlpool washer fills with water and does the washing, but stops for soaking and does not start again. I have to manually move the knob to rinse for it to continue. Then I have to move it again to spin. Do I need to take the knob apart and clean it?

My Kenmore Elite stopped in mid-cycle and will not light up when the power button is hit; only a tone is heard. Replaced the display assembly but it still makes noise when power is hit and goes through diagnostic tones, but no LEDs or tone from the knob or buttons when power is hit. What could be the issue and what should I check?

My washing machine fills up with water but does not start the washing cycle. It starts for a second during the spin cycle but does not empty the water. The wash and rinse cycles work after replacing the lid switch, but the spin cycle does not. The motor makes a quiet buzz during the spin cycle but does not pump the water out.

My Viking refrigerator model VCSB483-SS intermittently forms so much frost at the lower section of the freezer that it covers up the vent slots and the cooling to both the freezer and refrigerator does not work. The frost-free system seems to be not working, but I do not know what is failing first. How can I narrow down the problem?
