We noticed tiny irregular iridescent dots of various shapes under the glass of one of the elements on our new black KitchenAid electric downdraft cooktop. What could have caused this? Is there anything we can do to avoid it happening again? Is there a way to fix it? Is it dangerous or will it cause further problems?

My Kenmore French Door Bottom Freezer is sweating on the back panel, causing rust spots. The freezer is approximately 7 years old, and we discovered the issue on August 8, 2021. We have tried removing the rust and applying metal epoxy, but the sweating continues. What could be causing this and what can be done to fix it?

I have a brand new Whirlpool refrigerator with a top freezer. The vent between the freezer and refrigerator keeps freezing up, causing water to spill over the fridge drawers and frost to form in the freezer. This issue has occurred three times in the past 4-6 weeks. What is causing this problem and how can it be resolved?

I replaced the control board on my Frigidaire dryer LGO2152ES0. It starts, but the buttons on the front don’t match up—pause/cancel is start, and start is nothing. Is my problem how I attached the wires or how I placed the clear plastic buttons? Should I have received a different board, or could it be how I re-attached the timer dial?

I have a new Samsung Microwave with Model # ME19R7041FS. I lost power and need to reset the clock, but there is no clock button on the panel. The manual mentions using Control Setup, but I cannot find that either. How do I set the clock?
