We purchased a GE washer model WBB4500G1WW and it brings water into the tube and discharges the water but it never agitates. It also does not spin, the motor does not run, and there are no noises. We purchased the washer on 7/23/08. How can we resolve this issue and contact the warranty department?

We have a Frigidaire home vacuum. The vacuum stopped working when you plug hoses into the wall units like it used to. You have to go out to the main suction cannister and turn it on manually. Anything we can do to fix this?

I have a Stoves 600EF that was working fine until we had a power cut. Now, with power restored, the clock is set to manual, but when I turn the oven dial, it does not light up, nor does the fan or element come on. What could be the issue and what can I do to fix it?

We have a Hotpoint Dishwasher FDW60 Aquarius that starts off OK, fills to a point, makes a sound as if it is going to carry on with the program, but then stops. The fast & delicate buttons start to flash. I've checked the filters and the water in/out tubes and all seems ok. There is a small amount of water left in the bottom of the machine. What could be the issue and how can it be fixed?

We currently have a GE Custom 36 electric cooktop with controls housed in the upper vent. We want to replace it with a Jenn-Air 30" cooktop. How can we move the control from the upper hood to the new cooktop? Also, do we or does Jenn-Air offer a hood to go with this unit?

I have a GE convection oven with an F-7 error code. I saw that you offered an answer for this issue on JustAnswer. The control panel costs about $200, so if the problem is a stuck button, is there a way to unstick it?
