We replaced a timer/clock on a Frigidaire gallery electric/convection oven/stove, but the plungers/pegs for setting the clock/bake/broil, etc., were not included. We cannot get the old part apart to retrieve them. Is there a way to remove them, or do we need to order these parts? Model # XXXXX - Kenmore - we found #20 on the schematics.

The timer on my GE microwave model number jes2150mr1sa isn't counting down and it does not shut off when the time should be up. The microwave does shut off when the door is opened, but it continues to read the set time and does not count down or shut off until the door is opened or the off/clear button is pressed. Additionally, when setting the clock, it does not display the correct time but continues to read the input time.
