We've had a new washing machine for two weeks, and it began 'walking' and the load could not be dried. The manual says it needs to be leveled, and we paid to have it installed. I feel it was not properly leveled, and we cannot get a service person to come out and finish the leveling process. What should we do?

Our Kenmore Elite refrigerator model 795.78343.802 is having problems with the water system. The water tastes bad and has a hot aftertaste. I have replaced the water filter and emptied the tank to ensure all the water is out. What else can I do to resolve this issue?

My Samsung fridge won't hold the temperature at 37°F; it jumps back up to 57°F. I have reset it as suggested, but it still doesn't maintain the temperature. There is no icemaker or water dispenser. I have unplugged and waited 10 minutes, and replugged it. The sounds that alert for door open are also off. The fridge model number is RF26HFENDSR/AA. I cleaned it last week, including the shelves, and the doors might have stayed open too long. When I hold the set button, it reads 37°F but then fades back to 57°F, though it is cool inside.

I have a 14-year-old Sub-Zero fridge/freezer with the freezer on the bottom. The freezer occasionally gets water on the bottom which freezes and prevents the door from opening. I have thawed the freezer before, but this time the ice was worse than ever. What should I do about this?

I have an RCA apartment washer model RTW250 with a code E6 and a locked lid that won't operate. How do I reset it to operate? The machine is less than a year old and was purchased from Walmart. I am trying to help a neighbor who has little funds to hire a repair person.

My splendidly 2100xc dryer will not complete the dry cycle. It stops just a few minutes into the cycle with all of the lights flashing on the machine. What could be causing this issue and what steps can be taken to troubleshoot it?
