My ice maker stopped working after a power outage. I replaced the ice maker assembly a year ago. I don't have a water dispenser, only an ice maker. I checked the water pressure and flushed the supply line. The ice maker will make and eject ice if I manually add water. What else can I check or do to fix the issue?

Our Panasonic microwave keeps tripping the circuit breaker, even though it's on its own dedicated 20-amp circuit. The microwave is only 2 months old, and the previous one had the same issue. The electrician tested the microwave and found it was pulling 16 amps instead of the 12 it was supposed to. We've tried different circuits and even sent back the previous microwave, but the problem persists. What could be causing this and what should we do?
