When the spin cycle is selected for the washer (model 110.246223000), it doesn't spin and sounds like something trying to engage (like a solenoid repeatedly partially engaging). It does pump the water out at this point. Additionally, the washer does not agitate when turned back to the wash cycle.

I have a 1997 Frigidaire Gallery Series dual oven, model FEB 798WCCC. The upper oven takes several attempts before it works properly: it turns itself off after 20-30 seconds and only works after repeating the temperature programming several times. It sounds an alarm and displays error code F0 or F1 when it turns off and is not restarted immediately. Once both ovens are running, pressing either cancel button turns off both ovens simultaneously. The clock and the lower oven run fine, and the oven lights work. What could be causing this issue, and how can I access the control board for inspection or replacement?

I have a Kitchenaid over-the-cooktop microwave that started making crackling or arcing sounds a few weeks back. It still heats properly but the sound is disconcerting. Reading online suggests problems with the magnetron. Is this likely the problem and if so, is it worth trying to repair? The magnetron costs about $160 online, and I'm handy and can do it myself, but are there other considerations beyond the magnetron?
