Where does the cool air enter a Whirlpool fridge with the freezer at the bottom, and why is the fridge not cold while the freezer works fine? The fridge is approximately 5-6 years old, model EB9FVHXWQ1, and I would like to repair it myself.

We are having 5L or SL code. What does that mean? The issue started with 2 load cycles today, with the OB code first and now the new code. There seems to be water below the agitator. The appliance is only 1.5 years old.

I need help with replacing a part in my Kenmore refrigerator. I watched a YouTube video on how to install a new door flap, but when I tried to replace the pin from right to left, there was no hole on the right side. The refrigerator doesn’t seem to have any power or function. All has gone dark. It’s a GE profile 6.5 years old. The model is pfcs1rkzh ss. This has been going on for 9 hours. We’ve unplugged, reset breakers, and cleaned behind it. We have verified power to the outlet. What could be the issue and what should I do?
