Working on a GE cooktop ZGU385NSM2ss. All 4 burners stopped lighting, with no clicking sound when turning the knob to the ignite position. Found 0 volts coming out of the low voltage side of the transformer, so replaced it. Initially, it worked fine, but then the issue recurred. Could it be a grounding problem or a bad module? What steps should be taken to diagnose and fix the issue?
