I have a GE Cafe CFE28TSHGSS refrigerator where some fresh food is freezing. The controls are set at 0 and 38, and the temp readings show 0 and 38. The food that freezes includes eggs, a partially cut tomato, an onion, and a head of lettuce. What could be causing this issue and how can it be fixed?

The freezer door was left open for less than 12 hours. Now there is approximately 1 inch of ice buildup in the bottom of the freezer. The bottom shelf will freeze, but the upper shelves are more like a refrigerator and nothing freezes. What should I do to resolve this issue?

My GE Profile refrigerator, purchased in 1999, collects water inside the refrigerator underneath the vegetable bins. A GE repairman told us the tube that needs to be cleared is incorporated into the back of the refrigerator and is not accessible for repair. Is this true? The refrigerator and freezer are working fine, so it seems a shame to not do a repair if possible.

I have a Whirlpool oven that is about 1 year old with push buttons. I started the self-cleaning mode but had to cancel it because I forgot to put in the grates.
