After a power failure, I am getting error 1334 'awApi4.dll' and cannot access the program. The program was open during the power failure, and now I can't get in. The program is QuickBooks 2008. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it says QuickBooks is with another user and won't install. What should I do?

I bought a Lenovo IdeaTab S2110 with a 10.1-inch screen. The SIM card slot is too large for my SIM card. How can I insert my SIM card, as the user manual does not specify exactly how to do it?

I paid $60 for a game from GameStop. After reformatting my hard drive and trying to reinstall the game, GameStop will not let me reinstall it, even after entering the serial number of the game, proof that I purchased it. The game is Trainz Engineers Edition, and I wrote to GameStop when I first bought the game, and they assured me it would be no problem to recover it. However, nothing works. GameStop works through a program called "Impulse" in order to download all of their programs. After updating and reinstalling "Impulse" I still couldn't get it to work. Can you help me with this, or is this just another lesson learned in not trusting anyone?

I own a 2009 Scion xB (used) and the car stereo user manual did not come with the car. The front panel shows T1809 - WMA - MP3 - AAC. Where can I get a user manual? The dealer can't help me.
