After upgrading my Gateway laptop model NV73A26u to Windows 10, the CD/DVD drive is no longer recognized. Troubleshooting suggests updating the driver, but the file from the Mitsumi website is flagged as unsafe by Norton. I've tried driver updater programs but they require payment. I've also attempted the 5-step resolutions from Microsoft support, but none have worked. What should I do to get the CD/DVD drive functioning again?
