All Microsoft programs will not work. I have Office Home 2010. Suddenly, I was told my trial period was over and to enter a product code. I tried to uninstall but it won't open anything without rebooting. When I try to open the program, it wants to reboot again. I now have the product code but can't find where to put it in. Help!

My computer's operating system went down and had to be reinstalled by Best Buy, which also reinstalled Microsoft Office 2007 that came with the computer. Now, Office 2007 is asking for a product key, but all my product key numbers are in NH and I am in Florida until the end of April. Is it possible to get new Product Key numbers for Office 2007 so I can continue using the programs?

After reloading Microsoft XP on my eMachines T3516, I have no sound and no sound icon in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. Sound was working before reloading. I tried Microsoft sound driver updates but they didn't help. What should I do?

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop with Windows 7 (32-bit). Two important updates, 'Security update for Microsoft Silverlight (KB2668562)' and 'Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (KB976932)', won't install, and I can't install Internet Explorer 9, getting error code 490 consistently. How can I resolve this issue?

I keep receiving a lot of spam even though I forward them to spam@.gov. The spam is coming into my sbcglobal.net address and then onto my Apple address. If I try to unsubscribe on the Apple address, it says it's an invalid address, indicating they originate from the sbcglobal address. Some are normal advertisers, while others are junk like Viagra ads. I forward all of these to spam@.gov, but I still receive them daily. This has been going on for 3 months and nothing has helped. How can I stop this?
