I am trying to recover backup email files from an HP Laptop after a problem occurred. The email folders were not recovered, and they appear under Archive1 in Outlook when I attempt to restore previous versions. However, I get an error message: 'The backup application could not start due to an internal error. Windows Backup encountered an error. Please try again (0x81000036).' How can I recover these old emails and merge them with the current ones without losing any data?
