Does PayPal have a list of companies I can trust? I am selling a Rolex watch to a company called Swisswrist.com. They made an offer I agreed on, and I have to send them the watch. If it is as I said it was, they will pay me through PayPal. Can I trust this to happen?

Outlook is showing a message about unlicensed product, and I have an Office 365 subscription. I can't access my account to check if the subscription has expired, even though I have the correct password. I paid $108+ in June 2017, which might have been for six months. My Lenovo Yoga 710 running Windows 10 won't boot past the welcome screen. After entering my password, it displays 'Just a moment' and nothing happens. I've tried shutting off and turning back on, but it hasn't resolved the issue. What can I do to fix this?
