I mailed the Frisco Kid DVD on or about September 16, but it still shows in my queue and I haven't received a new DVD. What should I do about this?

I can't remember my passwords for my email account ***@******.*** and my old phone number is (###) ###-####, my new number is (###) ###-####. I need to reset my password using my new phone number. I think I last reset my username and password about 6 months ago with the help of our IT man. My work email that I have no access to is ***@******.***. I haven't installed any updates recently, and my new email is ***@******.*** connected to my new phone number. What should I do to reset my password?

I have a new laptop with Excel 2016 installed. My work involves formatting files to be loaded into other databases. I usually send files by email or a Sharefile account. The recipient of the file needs to be able to open it and then save into their own system. However, with Excel 2016, I seem to be stuck in an Excel Online environment. People who receive my files can open and view them, but cannot save them into their own system. How can I disable whatever feature is causing these problems?

I cannot connect to Xbox Live, which I need to get Netflix. It just says I must get an IP address. Have you tested the connections by doing a ping utility test? Have you installed any updates recently? Is there anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
