Flash will not install in IncrediMail because it is blocked by some program. Flash was previously installed and worked with IncrediMail, but the blockage started about four months ago. The web browser used is Google Chrome. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I am trying to reset my Asus notebook N61V using recovery discs, but I am missing one of the discs and now the system is asking for the correct disc. I am uncomfortable taking it to a repair shop due to a previous bad experience. How can I proceed with the recovery process without the missing disc?

I have a DX4831-01 and want to make it my Home Theater PC. I would like to upgrade the graphics by installing an Asus ATI HD6450 graphics card. My main intent is to drive HDMI graphics on a large screen HD TV. This card has no fan so it should be quiet. There will be no gaming. Will this card fit in my PC? Will I have to upgrade the BIOS on the motherboard? Is Windows 10 OK? Will the card support audio through the HDMI port?

Unable to open MS Word and MS Excel. The screen says 'MS Word Starter 10 cannot be opened. Try again or repair the product in Control Panel.' I can't find the information in the Control Panel! (Recently downloaded Windows 10 into my Windows 7.) Help please.
