Good morning Pearl, our keyboard stopped working. The computer is an HP Pavilion 23, and there were no previous problems except for scanning. We tried to update Windows 10 but were unsuccessful. Is this a wireless keyboard, and is the mouse working?

I am suddenly not able to get past the password on my laptop. It was working fine this morning, but now I can't access it. The laptop is not connected to wifi as I cannot get past the password. An icon has appeared on the blue screen with options like 'narrator', 'magnifier', and 'filter keys'. Can you help? Is this a Microsoft or Windows problem? I am in a hotel and have no router. Other devices are working fine, and I am contacting you via iPad. I think an update was installed automatically a couple of nights ago, but it has been working fine since then. I am desperate to use the laptop.

I am trying to use Dragon NaturallySpeaking 13.0. When I try to record a short message, it works fine, but when I try to record a longer text, I get a message saying that Dragon 'does not support the supplied audio format. Please make sure that you are using an audio device that delivers 11.025-99.00kHz 16-bit mono audio.' I am using the Voice Tracer that came with my Dragon software. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I would like to change my existing account password in Firefox. I have recently installed a new hard drive for my attached wireless Epson XP-830 printer and various downloads from Firefox, including an application for Google Cloud Printing. What additional information do you need to assist me with this?

A guy called claiming to be from Microsoft, logged into my computer, and said I needed a $399 lifetime protection plan, which can only be paid with an iTunes card. What should I do?

Windows 7 64-bit recently installed. Windows Explorer hangs when checking USB device properties, opening in a new window, or formatting a device. The computer is an Asus Z87 Plus with an Intel i7 4771, 16 GB RAM, and USB 3.0 ports. No previous USB port issues. Automatic updates are installed. The user also does video editing, and wonders if software could cause this issue. Is there a solution without reinstalling Windows?
