How do I install Word 2010 on a new Toshiba laptop?

I am unable to log in to my decades-old AOL account with my username and password. I have been trying to get help from AOL but have not received a constructive answer. What is the problem with AOL, and can you request an explanation and a remedy for the issues I am facing?

Someone has taken over my Gmail account. They sent out emails to my entire mailing list asking for money and still appear to have control of it. I am blocked from logging in, and my password is not working. I contacted Gmail, and they said they would get back to me in 24 hours. I am concerned that my email is continuing to be criminally misused. Can you help me?

I have a Kindle that is not connecting to my Netgear N150 router. I have been able to use it at other locations, but it's not picking up my router at home. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?

In Outlook 2010, I have 24 color-coded email rules for read/unread fonts and colors. I can't click on 'add' in the conditional formatting rules window unless I delete an email keyword. Is there a maximum number of choices, and is there a way to add more color/font options by creating more keywords in rules? Have I exceeded the number of allowed choices with 24?
