Hello, I ordered on Amazon on August 21, but my package never arrived. I recently found out that someone else received my package. Amazon credited my card, but I don't think it's fair that I have to reorder the items and be charged again since this wasn't my fault. I would like to reorder but not be recharged. Have you made any recent changes to your payment info, or your Amazon account in general? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you?
