Hello, my Nook isn't connecting to the Internet. It says 'Connected, but no internet' in the Wireless settings. My computer is hooked up to the same wireless system and is getting Internet, so it must just be the Nook. How do I connect to the Internet on the Nook?

Hi SkyDrive cannot login. I have attempted to uninstall the app (Windows 7 Pro 32bit) and then reinstall. It does not fully uninstall and is still resident on the computer. How do I get rid of it completely?

When I start my eMachine desktop, it gets stuck on the eMachine screen. If I press Escape, I go to a BIOS screen with vertical lines, and it says 'Initializing controllers.' The keyboard lights up briefly but then go dark. I tried unplugging the tower, using a different keyboard, and unplugging the hard drive, but the issue persists. What could be causing this and what can I do to fix it?

I ordered Family Tree Maker 2012 software online and chose to download it electronically, but I keep getting error messages related to Microsoft.Net Framework 4.0 installation and the Family Tree Maker 2012 setup cannot continue. What can I do to resolve this issue?

My PB IXTREME 1907 won't boot up, won't start in Safe Mode, and on the one occasion it did run, it appears to have 'hidden' the D: drive where I store my digital photos. It won't even boot up in 'Safe Mode' and just hangs. Any suggestions?
