I have been experiencing 'Aw, Snap' error pages on Google Chrome for over a week. I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome, clearing cache and cookies, resetting to default settings, and changing my ISP, but the issue persists. Additionally, I am unable to sign in and sync my Google account, and I cannot access Instagram. My computer is an HP touchscreen running Windows 10, and I have run diagnostics which did not detect any problems. What else can I do to resolve this issue?

I just bought a Tracfone from Wal-Mart and activated it online, but I can't make calls. I keep getting a recording saying 'welcome to Verizon Wireless this call cannot be completed because there are restrictions on this line. Announcement 27/24.' Calls from my landline to the new phone also say the customer is not available. My network appears in the WiFi list on my TracFone, and other devices connect to the router. What could be the issue?
