I can't remember my old password and am trying to change it, but your system keeps sending me a code with a 'G' in front, and a keypad with only numbers appears. I am not sure if the OS is Windows 7 or 10 and I need to get service without trouble. I had Facebook on my computer but am no longer on the internet. I am now using my son's computer because he passed away due to complications from a C5-6 injury. What information do you need to help me sign up for Facebook? I cannot find my debit card and it will be morning before I can search for it. I feel Facebook should waive the charge as I am not financially able for extra charges. I also need help clearing my screen for a request for a picture which I have no way to send.
