I have a Lenovo laptop computer (a few years old) where the p, o, i, and u keys on the keyboard suddenly went dead. I tried restarting but this didn’t fix the problem. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I have a Dell laptop that needed a new hard drive in January and has been working fine since then. However, when I type, numbers come out incorrectly, words with letters and numbers get jumbled, and sometimes the typing cursor goes back to the beginning or middle of the word to continue typing. What could be causing this issue?

Inserted disc but nothing happens. What now? I have an Acer Aspire with Windows 10. I haven't tried anything yet and haven't installed any updates. The disc is for TurboTax. Should the shiny side of the disc be inside or towards the outside?

Can't open Microsoft Word 10. The last time I opened it was yesterday morning. I haven't updated my software or Operating System recently. When I try to open Word, there's a momentary flash on the monitor, then it goes black. What could be the issue and how can it be resolved?
