My sister's Sony Vaio PCV-2252 is not displaying any picture. She installed a new AGP video card and tried different memory modules, but the computer doesn't beep or show any signs of life. I suspect the CPU, but what else could be the issue?

I get the following error (many times) when I try to copy (and paste) a source or target segment in SDL Trados 2011: "Requested Clipboard operation did not succeed". Also, when I try to paste my selection, I often obtain only a 'v' letter in the field. This issue started after my computer service changed my DVD player. What could be causing this and how can I resolve it?

Using Windows 7, I hooked up Magic Jack Plus as per instructions, but nothing happens - no Autoplay pane comes up so I can't start Magic Jack and can't register it. I want to activate and use it. What do I need to do?

I have an RSA soft token provided by my client. My PC rebooted and now it fails to open the RSA software with the error message: 'Error in TKN Library: password XXXXX failed'. I have tried reinstalling and system restore, but no luck. Is there a hidden file that is not getting deleted? If I reinstall the software from scratch, I will get the ability to reimport the token, but the administration tool is grayed out.
