I have a paid subscription to SiriusXM but cannot get it to work on my ASUS VivoBook laptop. I have not installed any updates recently, and it was working some time ago but now I cannot connect. What should I do?

My phone has been cut off because I forgot to update my new card number for automatic payments. I tried to make a phone call and was told my phone had been shut off. I looked at my bank account and saw no payment had been made. I would like to reactivate my phone. What should I do?

I was charged for the wrong show and an extravagant amount to my VISA. Two tickets were purchased for Mad City Cirque de Soleil on 11/14/2022 for $126.44 each, but an email from Ticketmaster said the tickets were for Love and the amount was $290.78. I would like to cancel this order along with a FULL refund. Additionally, I was charged $45.00 for help on JustAnswer, which was not noted beforehand. Why was this not disclosed, and why was I not informed about the membership cost?

I am suddenly unable to retrieve my emails on any of my computers or my phone. Internet connection is fine, and I can see my emails, but I can't open them or respond to them. Everything else seems to be working normally.
