Spyware did not do the job. What else can you do?

I am adding a second computer to my existing DSL phone line. I think I need a second modem, but do I need any other hardware to set this up? Where do I get a modem and any other hardware I might need?

My CD/DVD drive isn't working correctly. Every time I put a CD or CD-ROM in, it just says 'no disc in drive'. It refuses to work even when there is clearly a disc in the drive. What can I do to make this work?

I received the Product Information Guide and one Disc "Dell E193FP LCD Monitor User Documentation" with my computer. The info instructions do not match the user configuration, and the hardware engineer stated my unit must be corrupted. My computer works fine except for the active desktop, which is requesting "Reactivate Desktop". All the icons still work, but I cannot get the reactivation step to redo and clear the screen back to normal viewing. What should I do?

My computer crashed last week and is now fixed, but I lost the printer program for my HP Photosmart C3180. I do not have the installation disc. Can I get help in getting the printer back online?
