I installed Big Sur on my early-2014 MacBook Air with 90 GB free space. I noticed that none of Apple's word processing, presentation, or spreadsheet software that came with my MacBook and are now installed on my iPhones and iPads were also loaded on my computer. How do I get these packages loaded since I paid for them long ago?

Someone has hacked my Facebook account and I am unable to log in. The numbers 8******* and 8******** keep popping up. The 8******** belongs to H**********. I tried reporting this to Facebook but couldn't get through because they are using a different number and email address. I also checked my email and other online accounts for tampering, and my emails are going to the deleted folder. I just want my account back and for this hacker to be stopped.
