I'm on Bermuda and added a travel pass yesterday. I signed onto the local WiFi and can do almost everything, but I cannot send or receive texts from my friends on Verizon. I did get a text from one on AT&T. I'm using Messages on a Google Pixel 3 phone from Bermuda to Massachusetts. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?

I stopped when they asked for money and contacted the local RCMP. What should I do to regain access to my Facebook account and ensure my security?
