How do I get Microsoft .NET Framework for my HP computer with 64-bit architecture, which I need for Camtasia 9? I have not installed any updates recently, and none of my programs, including email, are working. I get a dialog box saying 'Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.' I also noticed the ZoneAlarm icon is missing from my menu.

I open up Google Chrome and all my pinned tabs are gone. I want to restore them or restore my system to last night. I have a PC with Windows 10, recently upgraded Lightroom and Photoshop, and had automatic updates from Microsoft and Nvidia.
