I wanted to buy a new Apple computer to replace my current one this afternoon. I did not know my password for my Gmail account. I lost it and I lost the security question, and Apple did not know how to help me. They tried but it was outside of their competence. I understand Microsoft has a Windows 10 update that will install an update to block the current ransomware being circulated now. My computer is a two-year-old Dell Inspiron I-5. Have you installed any updates recently?
