How do you remove the side panel on the SR2020NX? After following the instructions, the side panel does not slide out. The screw is loose as instructed with no resistance. Is it supposed to pop or pull out (it does not)?

I had to reformat my Dell Inspiron to the original factory settings, but now it flashes a blue screen with a bunch of unreadable text and displays 'Windows cannot start up, a change in hardware or software may have caused this'. It automatically tries to go through startup repair but can't fix the problem. The problem signature indicates 'StartupRepairOffline'. I just bought this laptop a month ago with Windows 7 preinstalled, and it didn't come with a reinstall disk. Do I need to reinstall Windows, and can Dell send me a reinstall disk?

I have a Netgear 54mbps wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router DG834Gv4. Today, I couldn't get a wireless connection, and the internet light was red. Virgin, my service provider, managed to turn the light green but the wireless connection still didn't work when the ethernet cable was unplugged. Can you advise me what to do, and did the router come with a software disc for reinstallation?
