I am having issues with YouTube TV on my desktop, where I am locked out, but it works on my iPad. This has also caused me to lose access to the Game Pass app on both my desktop and iPad. What can I do to resolve this issue since I have paid for the service for the year?

I purchased a Google Play card, but when I scratched off the code, it came off the card as well. I have taken pictures of the card and the receipt but am unable to send them. I am a 77-year-old man and not very computer-savvy. What device or product does this involve? What brand and model of my computer? And the version of Android? How long has this been going on with my computer? What have you tried so far? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before connecting me?
