How to resolve the issue with pgNetworkDefault-408 on an Apple iMac running High Sierra version 10.13.6? The printer was on hold for a few days, worked for about 5 minutes after a restart, but now cannot be accessed, and factory default resets haven't resolved the problem.

I accidentally erased some needed files on my laptop and now I cannot adjust the volume nor connect to the internet. My network does not appear in the Wi-Fi list, and I cannot connect my laptop to the internet even though my router is working fine and I am using it on my gaming console. I tried a network reset and connecting my phone via USB for internet, but neither worked. What should I do?
